Description

This is the bar your food turns on. 8 mm solid 316 stainless, 600 mm long, with no coating to burn off and nothing to rust from the inside out.

At 8 mm it is stiff enough to carry a loaded fork without sagging in the middle, which is what turns an even roast into a burnt side and a raw side.

Worth keeping a spare. Once you have two shafts you can load the next one while the first is still over the coals.
